Kevin Hyde Joins the Boca Grande Office of Michael Saunders & Company

Hyde, whose extensive knowledge of real estate extends to properties on Boca Grande, Little Gasparilla Island, Palm Island, Manasota Key, Placida and Cape Haze, joins his colleague, Carol Stewart, in helping to anchor the recently-opened office—located at 420 East Railroad Avenue. Both were previously with Gasparilla Properties.

A specialist in luxury home sales, Hyde also belongs to the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and their Million Dollar Guild. Along the way, he has earned the title of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and has been Transnational Referral Certified since 2007 by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations. This designation separates Kevin from the pack when working with international buyers and sellers, having been rigorously trained to skillfully manage every aspect of the international buying and selling processes.
Hyde’s familiarity with Boca Grande and the Gulf Coast Islands dates back to the 1970’s when he regularly visited Boca Grande with his family during tarpon season and stayed at the Gasparilla Inn & Club. In 1992, Kevin moved to Alaska with his young family, but never lost touch with Boca Grande, returning regularly for family vacations.
Kevin’s deep personal commitment to the Boca Grande community is further reflected in his ongoing memberships in the following community & professional organizations: Board of directors of the Boca Grande Historical Society, Former board member Royal Palm Players, The Boca Grande Chamber of Commerce, The Barrier Island Parks Society, The Boca Grande Art Alliance and The Suncoast Humane Society. He is also a member of the Boca Grande Fishing Guides Association.
