Chase Academy Raises Level of Expertise For Agents

Chase International has been nurturing and encouraging professional growth within its agents since its inception 20 years ago. The new academy is led by general manager Jon Cheplak and Reno assistant manager Debra Comeaux.
Cheplak is instrumental in spearheading and leading agent training and leadership classes to the Chase agents and staff on a regular basis. The academy takes agent education to the next level.

As a leader in luxury real estate, the academy has a series of courses on how to become a luxury real estate agent. They learn about the newest technology utilized in real estate, powerful negotiating, handling objections, contract management, philosophy of real estate and contract theory and coaching and mentoring all of which provide a great benefit to the consumer.
The Chase Academy sponsors the Success Series, a quarterly seminar available to all agents in the region providing tools for agents in the development of their business.
