Chase Academy Raises Level of Expertise For Agents

(LAKE TAHOE, Nevada) Chase International continues to stand out in the world of real estate with its knowledgeable, professional and caring agents who guarantee a client first philosophy. Chase's latest effort in producing the industry's top agents is the Chase Academy, which began this winter.

Chase International has been nurturing and encouraging professional growth within its agents since its inception 20 years ago. The new academy is led by general manager Jon Cheplak and Reno assistant manager Debra Comeaux.

Cheplak is instrumental in spearheading and leading agent training and leadership classes to the Chase agents and staff on a regular basis. The academy takes agent education to the next level.

"The classes and workshops that comprise the academy aren't your typical monologue where agents simply listen and take notes," Cheplak said. "These courses promote a dialogue between new and experienced agent and empowers them to develop new ideas and professional accountability."

Subjects range from how best to manage inventories, create listing presentations, prospect new business and capture leads from the floor to open houses and how to work with buyers effectively. As a leader in luxury real estate, the academy has a series of courses on how to become a luxury real estate agent. They learn about the newest technology utilized in real estate, powerful negotiating, handling objections, contract management, philosophy of real estate and contract theory and coaching and mentoring all of which provide a great benefit to the consumer.

The Chase Academy sponsors the Success Series, a quarterly seminar available to all agents in the region providing tools for agents in the development of their business.

"It's a collective group of brilliant people getting together to share their knowledge," said Star Poell, who's been with Chase for two years and is participant in the academy. "It's an excellent opportunity to brainstorm ideas and work together to better serve our clients and ourselves." Chase International is headquartered in Lake Tahoe, Nevada since 1986 with five offices around Lake Tahoe, new offices in Reno and Truckee and one in London. The company is a longstanding exclusive member of Who¹s Who in Luxury Real Estate and was elected to the Board of Regents. For more information about Chase International, contact founder and CEO Shari Chase of Chase International at 1-866-233-7111 or visit the website at
