January 2011 – Doug Ayers, President and CEO of Chicagoland real estate brokerage Koenig & Strey Real Living, announced that Darla Terrell has been named Director of Recruiting & Agent Development.

Terrell has spearheaded Koenig & Strey’s innovative Agent Development initiative launched at the beginning of 2010. The Agent Development team is a group of six practicing real estate professionals focused on a real world approach to agent education. Trainers conduct weekly in-office sessions, webinars, one-on-one coaching as well as classes that teach the fundamentals of the business in a collaborative classroom setting.

Well-known in the north suburban real estate community, Terrell has been a Vice President and branch manager at Koenig & Strey locations on the North Shore since 1998; she is a Director and past Chairman of the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors.
