ASPEN, CO – In another sign that Aspen’s high-end real estate market is turning around, SDS Real Estate spearheaded three transactions accountable for approximately $49 Million in sales in one day.
Steven Shane, Owner of SDS Real Estate:
· Shane represented the seller of an Aspen West End home listed for $9,995,000. The buyer’s broker was Amy Doherty of Amy Doherty Properties.
· Shane represented both the buyer and seller of 355 Ridge Road on Red Mountain. This was an unlisted property asking $21,000,000.
· Shane represented the seller of 1375 Red Mountain Road listed for $19,995,000. The buyer was represented by Dale Hower of Frias Properties.
“There are many moving parts in transactions like these. The properties went under contract one week prior to closing. Sacrifices were made by surveyors, attorneys building inspectors, the entire SDS support staff and many other individuals who took time away from their families during the holidays,” said Shane. “As we continue working toward a revitalized Aspen real estate market, you will see the better brokers getting creative and doing what it takes to facilitate the best possible deals for their clients.”
Earlier in 2010, Shane was part of the highest residential home sale in Aspen. He represented the buyer of a $31.5 million dollar estate. This brings Shane’s total sales volume in 2010 to approximately $100 million dollars.
