Martin Dragnev, a member of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, has joined Colorado Group Realty as a Broker Associate.
A graduate of University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria, the internationally-born Dragnev has studied all facets of the real estate industry, working in a team environment during his two years as a Licensed Broker/Assistant with Joy Rasmussen, Broker/Owner.
In 2009, Dragnev was selected as a member of Leadership Steamboat, a year long educational program that fosters young professionals who become experts in Steamboat's Economy and Business. Dragnev has also specialized in helping young couples and families through the process of purchasing their first home, and he has received the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Designation, giving him the experience to professionally navigate this challenging process.
