Lila Delman, Premier Rhode Island Real Estate Agency, Captures Lion's Share of Platinum Awards

The Kent-Washington Board of Realtors’ Circle of Sales Excellence Awards 2005 were once again dominated by professionals from Lila Delman Real Estate, Rhode Island’s top producing agency, at a recent ceremony held in Newport at The Hyatt Regency Hotel on Goat Island.

Lila Delman Real Estate, with offices in Narragansett, Watch Hill, Jamestown and Newport, approached $200 million in total real estate sales for 2005.

The coveted Platinum Circle of Sales Awards for $10 million in sales or over, were give to Melanie Delman, President, John Hodnett, Vice President, and to brokers Penny Mathis, and Susan Gustafson.  Ms. Delman, Mr. Hodnett, and Ms. Mathis are in the company’s Narragansett office, and Ms. Gustafson in the Newport. With four award recipients in the category, Lila Delman Real Estate again received more Platinum individual awards than any other company in the state.

A Platinum team Award, for two or more individuals, was taken by Anita and Derek Langer of the Narragansett office. Gold Individual Award-Paul Bennett, Ken Farrelly, and Kristen Jones, all of the Narragansett office, honoring sales of $7M-9.9M

Silver individual Awards, honoring sales totals between $4 and $6.9, were won by Mary Philbin and Rosemary Simpson of the Narragansett office, while a Silver Team Award went to Lori and Bob Joyal of Watch Hill. Bronze Individual winners, celebrating sales of $2 to $3.9 million, were Michelle Moschella, Deborah Wilson, and Eleanor Bennett of the Narragansett office.
