Stephen Pagones, with over seven years prior commercial real estate experience, is focused on providing exceptional service to his clients. Most recently, he worked for a regional commercial investment firm in Oakland where he listed and sold over $25 million in multifamily properties in 2007 earning him Rookie of the Year, over $40 million in 2008, earned a top Salesperson Award for 2009, and is on track to close over 17 multifamily transactions in 2010.
With over six years prior commercial real estate investment experience with a national commercial real estate investment firm in Sacramento, Michael Pagones offers a wealth of knowledge and unmatched attention to detail. During his tenure there, he was responsible for the marketing and sale of approximately 452 units representing $50 million in gross sales.
Stephen obtained a degree in Business Marketing from the nationally ranked Eller School of Business at the University of Arizona where he was active in the business school’s real estate club. Locally, he has served on the Board of Directors for the West Alameda Business Association (WABA). Michael also graduated from the University of Arizona, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
