On Friday, November 5th at 12:30 PM, Cotton will present a 90 minute presentation titled “Pricing the Luxury Estate”. Following the presentation, he will be signing copies of his two books at the convention bookstore.

One of a kind luxury homes present a pricing challenge: no comps, costly limited appeal amenities and demanding sellers with unrealistic expectations. Price it too high, it may never sell; too low and you may not get the listing. Cotton will help prepare you to get the high net worth seller on board by implementing a seven step pricing strategy and utilizing four steps to present supporting evidence for the price opinion you offer.

1288719454Attendees at Cotton’s presentation can expect to:

· Learn six steps to gaining the base of knowledge required to become a value expert in your local luxury market.

· Discover how the seven most important elements of comparison adjusted on a spreadsheet can provide solid evidence to sellers of luxury estates as to the correct offering price.

· Tie everything learned in this class together to create your own seven step process for getting the luxury estate priced correctly in any market.

Cotton will be speaking in the Morial Convention Center, Room 208, from 12:30-2 PM.
