Koenig & Strey Names Marion Hanold to Lead Luxury & Development Marketing

1283878269Doug Ayers, President and CEO of Chicagoland real estate brokerage Koenig & Strey Real Living, announced that Marion Hanold has been named the Manager of Luxury and Development Properties.

“I am very thrilled to have Marion in this pivotal role at Koenig & Strey,” said Doug Ayers, President and CEO of Koenig & Strey. “Luxury and development marketing are key segments of our business, and Marion has the vision and experience to build our Properties of Distinction brand and leverage our affiliation with Christies Great Estates. Her knowledge and experience with luxury buyers and sellers will be a tremendous asset as we transform these programs to fit our new brand strategy.”

Hanold has represented some of the area’s most prestigious properties as an agent in Koenig & Strey’s renowned Winnetka office. She has been the President of IDEActions, an independent consulting practice, and held executive marketing roles in the Consumer Services and Wholesale divisions of AT&T and management positions at American Express.

A long-time North Shore resident, Hanold earned her Master of Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
