LEXINGTON- Chris Raveis, Executive Vice President and Managing Partner of William Raveis Real Estate Massachusetts, recently announced the appointment of David Sears as Sales Manager of the firm’s Lexington office.

David has a unique, long-standing relationship with the Bay State, as he can trace his lineage there back to 1632 when members of his family arrived in Massachusetts from England. “Living in Massachusetts my whole life, I have a great comfort level with the state, which will translate to clients. I am excited to bring my passion for the state to my position as Sales Manager.”
David has a powerful business philosophy for his team at Lexington. “I am looking to excel at and deliver high quality customer service to the agents and consumers they serve. Mission #1 will be to develop the agents’ business and further enhance agent productivity using the wide array of cutting-edge marketing and technology tools William Raveis provides.”
David continues to build upon a successful career in real estate. He began his career in the field in 2003 with Century 21 and has since developed a specialty in antique homes and equine properties. David is a CBR and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. He has also been an active member of Rotary International since 2007, where he currently serves as the first Vice President. David resides in Brimfield, Massachusetts with his wife of 30 years, Mary, daughters Jessica and Valerie and son Thayer David Jr.
