Gladden returns to Long Realty after leaving in March 2010 to work with a team at another brokerage.

Gladden will work out of Long Realty’s Dove Mountain branch office, 12080 N. Dove Mountain Blvd., where he will specialize in residential real estate sales with a primary focus on Tucson’s Northwest side - including Oro Valley and Marana. He currently holds a Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation.
A three-year veteran of the real estate industry, Gladden says he became a real estate agent because he wanted a career that challenged his mind: “In real estate, I learn something new every day, and that’s awesome to me,” he said.
Gladden, a Virginia native, earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Master of Education Degree in Special Education at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. He then moved to West Hollywood in 1980, where he worked as a teacher for children with learning disabilities. He has also traveled the globe as a flight attendant, first for Pan Am, then with United Airlines.
