(TUCSON, AZ) Long Realty has announced the launch of the Short Sale Resource Group (SSRG), an initiative designed to keep agents informed on the latest short sale-related information, announcements, policy changes, and regulation updates. This is yet another way Long Realty is taking the industry lead to help their real estate professionals work smarter and provide the highest level of service to buyers and sellers.
“Short sales are a growing reality of today's real estate market,” said Rosey Koberlein, CEO of Long Companies. “Long Realty created the SSRG to ensure our agents were best prepared to work with buyers and sellers involved in short sales transactions, which can be quite complex. The members of the SSRG have voluntarily stepped forward to take a strong leadership role to provide Long Realty agents with direction and practical know-how in the world of short sales.”
Co-chaired by managers Ken Ryan and Chris Patterson, the SSRG is made up of one experienced short sale agent from each Long Realty branch office. The group gathers monthly to review the quick-changing requirements and rules related to short sales and works to disseminate this information to agents in the field real-time through Long Connects, Long Realty’s revolutionary agent-to-agent social media networking platform.
