Miami Luxury Broker Gains U.K. Stardom with Reality TV Show "Super Agents"

Carlos Justo, "real estate broker to the stars" for Miami's SOL Sotheby's International Realty, has become a bit of a cult hero in the United Kingdom thanks to his hit reality TV show "Super Agents."

The show, which is airing on the International Discovery TLC Networks, takes viewers on a high-end house hunting excursion through Miami's most exclusive neighborhoods and showcases Justo as he mingles with the world's most celebrated entertainers and stars, closes multi-million dollar deals, and makes his presence known in this city's ultra-competitive real estate world.

With over 25 years' experience selling luxury homes, Justo has closed the biggest deals in South Florida and counts business, entertainment, and sports star personalities among his most precious clients, including Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Julio Iglesias, Cher, Ricky Martin, Sylvester Stallone, and Gianni Versace's Mega Miami Beach Estate. Justo is currently working with Shakira to sell her $5.9 million Miami Beach waterfront home and to help her find a more luxurious one nearby.

Justo, who forecasted $1.5 billion dollars in sales for his team of five agents in 2005, was a natural for "Super Agents." The show provides an inside look at the biggest deals in one of the U.S.'s hottest property markets as well as the personalities behind the deals. Justo woos clients by way of helicopter, chauffeured cars, and luxury boat tours of exclusive residential areas, among other amenities that his VIPs expect.

"I think the program is a hit because people in the U.K. are attracted to the South Florida lifestyle," said company CEO Irving Padron. "Many are buying second homes here and fueling our sizzling hot market. Super Agents gave our young company amazing exposure. As soon as it began airing in Europe, our Web site hits tripled and we got calls weekly from prospective international investors."

Partners Justo and Padron formed SOL Sotheby's International Realty in January 2005, focusing strictly on ultra-luxury properties with an average sales price of an astonishing $8 million. The company holds the exclusive franchise for Sotheby's International Realty in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
