Local broker joins the team
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO-- Kelly Becker is the newest broker/associate at Colorado Group Realty, Steamboat Springs' largest independent real estate company owned by its broker/owners.
Kelly will be assisting Jim and Coleman Cook with their business in addition to working with her clients and listings. “Kelly brings extensive experience in sales and marketing that will translate very well into a real estate career. Kelly and her husband, Frank, an architect, have teamed up on numerous spec home projects and investment real estate opportunities and as a result developed a keen eye for what sells in a given market.” said Coleman Cook.
Before receiving her real estate license, Kelly had a successful career in marketing and technology. Her professional history includes working at Smith Barney as a technology trainer and prior as a sports marketing director. She mainly managed grass root marketing efforts for 21 affiliates. Kelly holds a Business Degree in Marketing from University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Sports Marketing from University of Massachusetts/Amherst.
Kelly, a Chicago native, moved with her family (husband Frank, Frank J., 9, Jack, 7, Anna, 3, Audrey and Brynn, 2) to Steamboat Springs in 2008. She sites the excellent schools, endless outdoor activities for all ages, perfect weather and direct flights to family and friends in the Midwest as main factors.
