Prudential CA/NV/TX Realty Appoints Scott Kucirek as General Manager Jan. 3 — Prudential CA/NV/TX Realty, the 10th largest broker in the nation, today announced the appointment of Scott Kucirek as general manager. Kucirek is responsible for building on the strong foundation of the Northern California and Nevada operations. He will be based at the company’s Pleasanton, California headquarters.
Kucirek, who is the co-founder of ZipRealty and also served as the president and executive vice-president of new market development, brings an extraordinary skill set to his new role at Prudential, including a wealth of experience in identifying and expanding new markets and in streamlining and creating more efficient real estate processes through best practices in technology.

Kucirek is a recognized leader in the real estate industry, and has been featured in many industry-related news articles, panels, and association shows. In 2000, he was selected by REALTOR® as one of the “25 Most Influential People in Real Estate.”
Kucirek served nine years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Aviator in several management and planning roles. He has an MBA from the Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
