Hammond Winchester Office Welcomes Brennan

WINCHESTER, MA (May 7, 2010) – Continuing the firm’s expansion, David Peretti, Senior Vice President of Hammond Residential, has announced that Sheryl Brennan has joined the firm as an agent in its Winchester office.  In her new position, Brennan will be representing buyers and sellers from Hammond’s office located at 552 Main Street, Winchester.  Peretti, in making the announcement, said: “We’re very excited to have Sheryl join our Winchester team.  Her knowledge of our town through her involvement in a number of civic and cultural activities in Winchester make her a great advocate for her buyer and seller clients.”Brennan moved to Winchester 18 years ago from Colorado with her husband and six children.  After a rewarding career in local and international event planning, Brennan decided to combine her interest in real estate with her talent for working with people.An avid reader of historical fiction, Brennan has been active in the Ballet Arts Centre and at the Vinson Owen School.  Brennan is a past Board Member of the Winchester Newcomers’ Club and she has served on the Parish Council at Saint Eulalia’s Roman Catholic Church in Winchester.Hammond Residential is headquartered in Chestnut Hill and has four Boston locations and eleven suburban branch offices.  The company reports over one billion dollars in sales volume annually.  The firm was recently repurchased from GMAC by Saul B.
