The Kent Washington Board of Realtors held "The Circle of Sales Excellence Awards Night" on March 23, 2010 at the Westin Providence. This toast to success is held annually by the Board of Realtors to recognize the top producing agents of the 1,300+ member organization. Lila Delman Real Estate has historically been well attended at this event. Melanie Delman, has consistently been recognized as a top 5 individual by sales volume and has recently taken home the award as the top agent by sales volume in 2007 and 2008. Well, she is at it again. Last night the Melanie Delman Team of Melanie and Robin Nicholson were recognized as the top team by sales volume in 2009. This is 3 years running that Melanie has nestled into a top spot. However, they are not alone. A newcomer to the realm of the top 5 (although not her first award as she has received many in the past), Lori Joyal of our Watch Hill office took the crown as the top individual agent by sales volume for 2009. I believe that this is the first time that the top award winners in both categories came from the same company.
Additionally we had Gladys Barbosa and Janet Kermes take home Bronze individual awards and Kristen Jones took home Silver individual. Dan & Nicole Harding received a Silver team award. All of these agents should be very proud of their accomplishments in what has been termed kindly as a challenging market. This is a testament to Lila Delman's commitment to helping our clients reach their goals through thick and thin and the quality of the agents that are affiliated with our company. We at Lila Delman Real Estate can pat ourselves on the back as we reflect on the results of that gala affair. I must pass an apology on to our fellow Realtors as it is probably getting a bit boring watching Lila Delman agents march up to the podium for the top awards each year. However, all we can promise is that we will continually strive to at least keep the new faces coming as our creme continues to rise to the top!
