(TUCSON, AZ.) – Long Realty Company is pleased to welcome experienced agent Terry Breen back to the Long Realty team.
Breen returns to Long Realty and will work out of Long Realty’s River/Campbell branch office, 1890 E. River Road, where he will focus on working with buyers and sellers throughout the greater Tucson-Metro area. He holds a Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) Designation.
A four-year veteran of the real estate industry, Breen says he enjoys working with buyers the most: “To hand over the keys to a first-time home buyer as they stand in front of their new home still make the hair on the back of my head stand up,” he said. “I love to watch them eagerly unlock the door and walk in as I am driving off. There is nothing more satisfying.”
Currently, Breen serves as the president of the MidTown LeTip chapter, a professional organization that provides members with leads, referrals, and business-to-business- opportunities. He is also on the board of the Tucson Pops, a popular local event which provides free outdoor concerts in the spring and fall months.
Breen, an Illinois native, moved to San Diego at age 10. He later attended Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash. where he majored in communications. While in college, Breen met his wife, Kim, and moved to Lewiston, Idaho, where he worked as the morning show DJ and program director of a top-40 station. The couple later moved to Tucson in 1980 where Breen continued his radio career at local Tucson station 93.7 KRQ. Breen opted to work on the other side of the microphone in radio promotions and marketing, where he remained for nearly 18 years.
Breen and his wife have four grown daughters, all who now live elsewhere. Their two eldest daughters are twins (one living in Denver and the other in Omaha), each with three boys of their own.
Breen enjoys all Arizona has to offer and is an avid lover of the outdoors. His hobbies include hiking and touring the state’s many Indian ruins.
