(TUCSON, AZ.) Long Realty is pleased to announce Mary Diaz will be stepping into the role of Branch Manager of the company’s growing Sahuarita office, located at 15920 S. Rancho Sahuarita Blvd. As Branch Manager, Diaz will oversee all operations within the branch, including the support, coaching and development of Long Realty sales associates.
Diaz, a top sales associate at Long Realty’s Central branch is an associate broker, Graduate REALTOR Institute member and Master of Real Estate, and has more than five years experience in the business. While at the Central branch, Diaz designed and implemented a mentoring program for new and experienced agents, conducted in-service office training, and currently teaches in the company’s “Long Realty University.” She loves the subject of real estate law, and expertly applies key principles to contract issues and negotiations.
