Plantation Services Completes Sale of Paul and Dalton/Longbrow Plantation

Plantation Services has recently completed the sale of Paul and Dalton/Longbrow Plantation, a duck hunting property located on the Combahee River in the ACE Basin area of South Carolina. The sale of the 3300 acre plantation brought approximately $19 million.

The firm’s newest listing is the 4345 acre Hines Hill Plantation and Mandalay located between Thomasville, Georgia and Tallahassee, Florida. Hines Hill has been in the same family for over a hundred years and is one of the prettiest quail hunting properties in the country. This property is $35 million.
