Vail, CO, February 23, 2010 — In the luxury segment of the market, savvy buyers and sellers trusted the experts with their real estate decisions in 2009. Of the top 15 residential property transactions in the Vail Valley last year, Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate (SSF) participated in 13 of those deals (as recorded in the Vail Board of Realtors MLS). The 15 transactions, totaling over $130 million in volume, included 6 deals in Vail, 4 in Bachelor Gulch Village, 2 in Beaver Creek, and one transaction each in Mountain Star, Arrowhead and Cordillera. The top three transactions were each over $15 million, and all brokers on both sides of those three deals were SSF brokers.
