1276664359Presenters at the First-Time Homebuyer Seminar will include O’Kelley, Michael Tapp and Micah Page of Wells Fargo, and Elisabeth Grace of Elisabeth Grace Designs. O’Kelley conducted her first seminar on lofts in 1995 when lofts were a relatively unknown commodity.

“Times have changed since then,” said O’Kelley, “and it’s important that people are informed in order to make the right decision when buying a home in the Denver area. I will provide a snap shot of the current real estate market, and lenders from Wells Fargo will address the loan process and detail special programs for first-time buyers, including one that allows buyers to include funds for remodeling. Interior designer Elisabeth Grace will provide helpful tips on decorating on a budget, which should be particularly interesting. This seminar was specifically designed to clarify the home buying process and to answer pertinent questions.”

There is no charge to attend the seminar and light food and refreshments will be served. Kentwood City Properties is located at the southeast corner of 17th Street and Wynkoop across from Union Station.
