Long Realty’s Phoenix Growth Continues with Two More Offices

Posted by Georgia Lacy — January 26, 2010

(TUCSON, AZ)—In a time when other companies are scaling back, Long Realty Company is continuing to expand its presence in the Phoenix market with the addition of two new Long Realty franchise offices and 75 Long Realty sales associates.

These two additional offices expand Long Realty’s footprint in Maricopa County to a total of 10 offices with just under 370 agents, significantly adding to Long Realty’s already strong presence in the Valley with offices in Scottsdale, Gilbert/Mesa, Ahwatukee, Glendale/Peoria, Surprise, Sun City West, Maricopa and Northwest Phoenix.

The new Central Phoenix franchise office will operate under the name “Long Realty ‐ The Marsh Partners Central Phoenix” in a new location at Central Avenue and Camelback. The new Scottsdale franchise office, “Long Realty ‐ The Marsh Partners”, will continue to operate from its current location at 5th and Goldwater in Old Town Scottsdale concentrating on luxury properties in Arcadia, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. The Central Phoenix office was formerly affiliated with Windermere Real Estate and the Scottsdale office was The Marsh Partners.

Long Companies CEO Rosey Koberlein says, “We are predicting growth in the Phoenix marketplace in 2010 and are quickly adding professional, skilled companies with a similar full service business philosophy to our already impressive group in Maricopa County. The new offices are eager to combine their skills and experience with Long Realty’s 80+ years of Arizona history. We now have an extensive and comprehensive network of highly skilled sales associates in strategically placed offices to fully serve the greater Phoenix market. Sales associates in these locations will also be able to service their clients more efficiently by utilizing Long Realty’s most advanced tools, including our website LongRealty.com and mobile website m.longrealty.com, both featuring over 80,000 Arizona MLS listings.”

Long Realty’s new Phoenix franchise offices will continue to offer full service, first class real estate representation. This expansion marks the continued growth and positive momentum of the Long Realty brand throughout Arizona, which now boasts 39 offices and over 1,400 sales associates. Long Realty is focused on aligning with like‐minded real estate leaders, providing a full service real estate experience to sales associates and consumers alike.
