DENVER – Kim Norton, one of Colorado’s leading real estate professionals with particular expertise in Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods, has joined Kentwood City Properties as a broker associate. Norton earned 
her real estate license in 2004 and brings more than 22 years of sales and marketing experience to Kentwood City Properties. Throughout her career, she has garnered numerous awards recognizing superior sales production and premier customer service. Norton is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors.
Originally from Chicago, Norton earned her B.S. degree in marketing from Indiana University and studied French at the University of Strasbourg. Her professional background includes various positions in the pharmaceutical industry and she has lived in cities throughout the country and worldwide, including Miami, Boston, Paris, France and Bologna, Italy. Norton moved to Denver in 1999 and has renovated five investment homes in Washington Park.
Upon earning her real estate license in 2004, Norton joined the sales team at East West Partners to help launch and market six luxury residential developments within downtown Denver’s vibrant Riverfront Park neighborhood. While at Riverfront, she assisted hundreds of buyers with their real estate needs. Prior to joining Kentwood City Properties, she was hired as part of the launch team for Spire Denver, a 496-unit residential development in the heart of downtown Denver where the sales team contracted over $20 million worth of properties in the first three months of the launch.
