Lucy Hendricks was honored with the Realtor® of the Year award for the Realtors® Association of Indian River County, Vero Beach, Florida. The award was presented at the association’s annual installation and awards banquet held at Quail Valley River Club on Sept. 26.
The Realtor® of the Year award was established in 1975 to give recognition to the achievements of an outstanding Realtor®. To be eligible, nominees must be a Realtor® in good standing, and the criteria for eligibility is based on their local, state and national activity as well as their community activities. The nominees are selected by a nominating committee and then voted on by their peers.
With over 18 years experience, Hendricks has been a member of the association since 2001 and works for Norris & Company Real Estate. Her activities with the association include MLS Committee and MLS Task Force sub-committee member 2005 to present. She also holds a Broker’s license, as well as ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations.
Her civic activities include serving as past officer for Junior League of Indian River County, past officer for Riverside Children’s Theatre Committee and past co-chair for Riverside Children’s Theatre Festival of Trees.
