Deborah Venedam Named as Branch Executive of Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate in Spring Lake

 Venedam brings years of experience and success to leading the office

Middletown, NJ, July 24, 2009 – Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate has hired Deborah Venedam, a 30 year industry veteran, to manage their Spring Lake sales office. Venedam brings a wealth of management experience to this office of seasoned real estate professionals.

Venedam received her Sales Associate license in 1978 and her Broker license in 1987, and worked for C-21 and Coldwell Banker. She became a manager for Coldwell Banker in 1988, and then joined Weichert, Realtors in 1994 as Director of Career Development. She also served as Field Trainer for Weichert’s 16 area offices in Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean Counties. In 1997 she became the branch manager of Weichert’s Aberdeen office, where she has been until now.

In addition to her responsibilities as Branch Executive for the Spring Lake office of Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate, Venedam will be helping to support the company’s Wall Township office as a Marketing Manager.

Debbie lives in Point Pleasant with her husband of 35 years, and they have a daughter who is a junior in College.
