Prudential California Realty Opens Two New East Bay Offices

Prudential California Realty recently announced the opening of two new offices in the East Bay, a move to strengthen its commitment to the market where it has ranked No. 1 for several consecutive years.

The new Antioch-Crossroads and Hercules branches position the company to respond to Eastern Contra Costa residential development and continued growth along the Northern Contra Costa – Southern Solano County corridor.

“Antioch will absorb 15 percent of Contra Costa’s new residents over the next decade according to current city projections and we want to be positioned to serve that growth,” said Melody Royal, regional manager. “The Oakley and Brentwood communities are especially vital areas. John Muir just opened a new hospital in Brentwood, and Lowes, Home Depot and the Statten Ranch Mall all provide economic stimulus for a growing housing base. The positive business climate here in Antioch has spurred a rapidly growing housing supply at all price levels.”

Opening a new Hercules office will enable the company to participate and assist in the rapid growth of a diverse, dynamic city which continues to add population from surrounding counties.

“Over the past year we’ve seen Hercules’ median priced homes stay relatively stable, increasing only two percent, but our high-end homes have soared 27% in the same period,” said Sarah Baggott, Hercules branch manager. “We keep a close eye on what’s happening in our market so that our agents can provide solid information and resources to their buying and selling clients.”

The grand opening of the new Antioch-Crossroads, CA branch located at 5887-A Lone Tree Way in Antioch is planned for August 31st between 3 and 7 pm.

The Hercules branch located at 1581 Sycamore Ave. #3 in Hercules, California, is now open for business. A formal grand opening is being planned for later in the year.
