Home Sellers Offering Bonus Incentives

Pennington, NJ – Weidel Realtors is set to host a home selling extravaganza appropriately named the “RED HOT SALE” at selected Weidel properties for sale in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania on Sunday, March 22nd. This exciting one-day-only sale begins at 1:00 PM and continues until 4:00 PM. Properties participating in this event will feature valuable cash bonuses and/or incentives designed to peak Buyers’ interests in many of Weidel’s prime real estate offerings.

For instance, if a Broker has a Buyer interested in one of the participating RED HOT SALE listings, that Buyer will be offered the same incentive and Weidel will share its Brokerage fee with the Broker as stated in the Multiple Listing Service. As a further courtesy, if for any reason the Broker is unavailable to accompany their Buyer to the Open House, the Broker can register them by calling the Weidel Listing Associate prior to the sale.
