Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate of Middletown, N.J. Wins Premier Service Office Award

Displaying an exceptional team effort, the sales associates of the Middletown office of Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate were recently honored for earning the highest collective customer satisfaction rating in the company. For earning an amazing 97 percent Customer Satisfaction Rating last year, the office was recently named the recipient of the Premier Service Office Award for 2004.

The management team of branch executives Karen Blackbourn and Kathleen O'Connell accepted the award for the office at the recent Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate Awards Breakfast at Forsgate in Monroe.

Achievement of this high Customer Satisfaction Rating was no easy matter. The score is calculated by an independent third party that measures customer satisfaction levels of each sales associate through surveys conducted at the end of each transaction.

The survey is a key component of the Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate Premier Service program, a revolutionary system that puts service guarantees in writing and invites consumers to evaluate their experiences afterward.

Individual survey results are combined and tallied to calculate an overall Customer Satisfaction Rating for the office.

For Blackbourn and O'Connell, the unique individualized service and professionalism their team delivers was best summed up in a letter they recently received from previous customers, Bob and Carol O'Connell of Skimmer Lane in Middletown.

"Now when I drive by homes with 'For Sale By Owner' signs, I wonder how they will get through the entire process without a professional at their side," they said in their letter. "From listing to closing, we felt like we were never alone. I had not realized all it took to bring the sale of a home to complete closure but your staff handled it all with smooth professionalism and precision, always maintaining a sense of humor and calming effect."
