Bruce Willis Goes to Contract on Trump Tower Home

Action hero Bruce Willis has finally gotten some real action on his lofty apartment in Trump Tower.

After more than a year on the market, Willis has gone to contract to sell his 15-room duplex condo for close to its latest asking price of $14.5 million.

Willis bought what was originally two separate duplex units, measuring a total of 6,700 square feet, for a then whopping $10.5 million in 2000, after splitting up with Demi Moore.

Willis first put the ample residence on the market for a wishful $19.95 million.

In her settlement with the "Die Hard" star, Moore - the Versace-hawking girlfriend of "Punk'd" host Ashton Kutcher - got the former couple's triplex co-op apartment in the San Remo on Central Park West, which is worth maybe $25 million today.

Located directly below Donald Trump's triplex penthouse in the 68-story building at 721 Fifth Ave., Willis' gut-renovated sky-palace features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, unobstructed views in three directions, a dramatic 60-foot-long living room with soaring ceilings and a master bedroom of similar proportions.

Sources say the buyer, an heir to a wealthy Midwestern family who appears to be in his early- to mid-30s, inked the deal with the star on Friday.

There's no word on where the 50-year-old movie star is looking for his next Manhattan pied-a-terre.

"Both parties were eventually happy at the end of the very long negotiations," said selling broker Dolly Lenz of Prudential Douglas Elliman.
