INTERO Real Estate Services Launches New Web site

California's Intero Real Estate Services, Inc. has launched its new Web site at www.InteroRealEstate.com. The site incorporates leading edge real estate technology into a stylistic layout that is both functional and artistic, the company says.

Upon entry to the new Intero website, one notices the layout that highlights key information consumers are looking for such as Find A Home, Sell Your Home and View Open Houses. The site uses imagery from Intero’s latest advertising campaign to complement the unique design and flash components. There has also been the integration of icons such as a magnifying glass for finding a home, thumb tack for selling your home and small house for Intero open homes that will be utilized in Intero’s advertising. These icons help to make the site user-friendly, and visually help make a connection between what the consumers are looking for and the different options Intero provides simply on their Web site.

“The technology and function of Intero’s Web site has always been state-of-the-art, the next step was to provide a Web site that would make the industry take notice,” said Gino Blefari, founder, president and CEO of Intero Real Estate Services. “With our new Web site design, we have accomplished this task.”

The development team for the Web site consisted of Intero’s marketing and IT staff, and a focus group of some of Intero’s most technology savvy agents. What came out of the development was a site that provides all the real estate information you need in a clean and creative design with easy navigation tools, the company says.
