Barbara Josephson, Hall of Fame Member

HOUSTON, TX - (December 2008) - In recognition of Barbara Josephson’s exceptional skills and dedication to her profession, John Daugherty, Realtors is inducting Barbara into our prestigious Hall of Fame.

With sales for 2007 exceeding $33 million, she has been recognized as a top Realtor® by “H” magazine, Texas Monthly and the Houston Chronicle in addition to being named one of the Houston Business Journal’s “Top 25 Residential Real Estate Agents” six times. Barbara is also recognized annually among John Daugherty, Realtors’ top five sales associates.

“I take my clients’ business personally,” said Josephson. “I know they have a choice when selecting an advocate for the sale or purchase of their home and I am proud of the trust they place in me to get the job done right.”

For almost two decades, she has been doing right by her clients. With a relentless determination and an enthusiasm for what she does, Josephson works hard to find the best for all involved.

A former educator, Josephson believes that an important part of her job is educating clients. “I want them to make good decisions based on solid data,” she says.

Her clients benefit from her extensive knowledge of the close in market, including River Oaks, Memorial, Tanglewood, West University, Bellaire, Briargrove, Briargrove Park, and all neighborhoods in-between. There are very few neighborhoods in which she has not listed or sold a home.

Josephson also attributes her success to the continued support of her husband, family, and John Daugherty, Realtors.
