LOS ALTOS, CA -(October 2008) -- Sereno Group Real Estate announced plans to open a state of the art Los Altos office, as well as the hiring of co-manager Alicia Nuzzo, long time Los Altos agent Alice Nuzzo and 17 additional, full-time, experienced Realtors. The new office will be located at 369 South San Antonio Road, Los Altos. Karen DeBoer and Tollgate Interiors will oversee the design and execution of the office creation, which will reflect Sereno Group’s philosophy of respecting and utilizing the natural environment along with cutting edge technology. The hiring of the Nuzzos and the experienced group of agents is representative of Sereno Group’s strategy of opening in a new market with very reputable and top producing agents. Alicia Nuzzo most recently served as Branch Manager of the Coldwell Banker Los Altos San Antonio office. Alicia is highly regarded for her success in sales, management and for her involvement with the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. She will co-manage the office with Chris Trapani, President and CEO of Sereno Group, who has moved his office to Los Altos to oversee daily operations. Alice Nuzzo comes to Sereno Group as one of the most respected Realtors on the peninsula with over 30 years of experience. A longtime resident of Los Altos Hills, Alice was a founding co-owner of Seville Properties in 1979. Through her leadership, Seville Properties became recognized as one of the leading brokerages in the area for its high standards of professionalism and productivity.
