James Wallach’s family has been in the commercial real estate arena in Vero Beach since 1945, so it was a natural career choice for him after college. Born and raised in Vero Beach, James Wallach is excited to continue his family’s history in the community. Wallach grew up watching his family buy, sell and invest in commercial real estate properties, including apartments, condominiums, mobile parks, medical centers and more. Listening to contract negotiations, learning the market place and studying real estate trends has made his path into residential real estate a smooth transition.

Born and raised in Vero Beach, Gracie Martin comes from a lineage of Vero Beach Realtors®. She will be joining her grandmother, Barbara Parent, and her aunt Marni Parent-Howder to serve Vero Beach with their combined 44+ years of experience. Parent has 42+ years of success as a Broker/Realtor® and Parent-Howard has a vast background in the residential lending market. Martin is joining to bring something new to the team.
As a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida, Martin was eager to return to what she calls her “piece of paradise.” Growing up in the Vero Beach real estate community, Martin has always had an interest in joining her family. She obtained her degree in Business Communications and minored in Mass Media, and now, as a third generation Realtor®, she is excited to put her young and energetic personality into a well-rounded team with her family.

Before college, Martin graduated from Vero Beach High School where she was heavily involved in the lacrosse team, winning a State Championship ring in 2015. In college, Martin was an active member in her sorority, Delta Delta Delta and held leadership positions in her time there. Martin was drawn to Tri Delta due to their philanthropy efforts towards St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
