In her role, she will lead company-generated business including Relocation, Broker to Broker referrals and eLeads. She will be based at the 980 N. Michigan Avenue office in Chicago, Illinois.

Most recently Tapper was co-director of the firm’s People and Culture Department where she elevated the levels of personalized service to brokers and brought mindfulness to routine real estate practices. She put processes in place to ensure agents enjoy a great experience. As Director of Administration, Debbie understands the organization inside and out. She has streamlined administrative functions for all of the 24 BHHS Chicago offices for maximum efficiency.
