Nisy Philips was one of two Harry Norman, Realtors® Sales Associates supporting the Art Showcase to stop human trafficking.ATLANTA – (Oct. 7, 2008) – Harry Norman, Realtors® Northlake office Managing Broker, Bill Lawson, and sales associate, Nisy Philips, sponsored the recent Traffic-Stopping Art Showcase event organized by Kennesaw State University students and a faculty advisor.The event raised $3,200 in the effort to raise awareness of human trafficking in Atlanta and to benefit Angela’s House (an emotional and behavioral treatment facility for children who have been sexually-exploited).The evening featured a silent-art auction with Atlanta-based artists and musical performances at the Woodruff Arts Center’s Table 1280. The organizational committee is still seeking donations and sponsorships to cover production cost.
