Most recently, Yvonne was Director of Agent Development at Baird & Warner, working out of the Glen Ellyn office.

Prior to her position with Baird & Warner, Mortimer was a managing broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Oak Brook, a position she held for seven years. Before that, she was a REALTOR® for Coldwell Banker for 26 years, five of which were as Assistant Manager of the firm’s Hinsdale office.
Mortimer has earned multiple professional designations including Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, Certified Relocation Specialist and Certified Negotiation Specialist. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Randolph College in Lynchburg, Virginia.
