Ellen Hanes Named Locust Valley Sales Manager for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty LOCUST VALLEY, NY - Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, is pleased to announce that associate broker Ellen Hanes has been promoted to sales manager for its Locust Valley office. Ellen was previously assistant sales manager for this top ranked North Shore office of 57 real estate advisors. Daniel Gale Sotheby’s CEO Deirdre O’Connell made the announcement.

Ms. Hanes first joined Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty in 2005 as a real estate advisor. She quickly achieved membership in the organization’s prestigious Gold Circle of Excellence and regularly earned other top sales production awards. Hanes was named assistant sales manager in 2015.  Prior to her work in real estate, she enjoyed a successful career as a paralegal in the Trusts & Estates practices of two prominent in New York City law firms, and later worked as a one-on-one teaching assistant for individual needs students in the Locust Valley Central School District. She is a former President of the Locust Valley Library Board of Trustees and the Friends of the Locust Valley Library and is a past member of the Locust Valley Central School District Parents' Council. 

Hanes is a member of New York State Association of Realtors, the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) and is a member of the Professional Standards Committee for LIBOR.
