In his new role, Burell will manage the Career Services and Education Departments of Harry Norman, Realtors and Jenny Pruitt & Associates; sister companies in HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate.
Burell joined Harry Norman, Realtors in 2005 as a sales associate in the Intown Office and was quickly tapped to serve as the company recruiter/agent trainer and he has consistently advanced, first to Training Manager in 2007 and now, to his most recent position as Director of Career Services. Burell is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Instructor and agent, a real estate training consultant and life coach. His previous career experience includes serving as Human Resources Management Analyst/Presidential Management Fellow with the Social Security Administration. He is also a certified Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor and a Certified Non-Profit Manager.
