Eva’s biggest fan is her office manager, Jeana Sander. “Eva has been with First Team for over 15 years and is simply one of the best in the business. She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and in her work ethic. Now, she’s helping the children of past clients fulfill their own homeownership dreams, making every transaction effortless with her expert guidance.” FirstTeam Agent Eva RiddleHow have you been helping your clients succeed in today’s crazy competitive market?

I have been very fortunate to get several of my buyer's offers accepted in this extreme seller's market. In fact, for a couple of my clients’ offers that were accepted, the appraisal came in higher than buyers offer, which is very rare right now as homes are selling far above the last comparable. I’ve been serving Huntington Beach and its surrounding cities since 2005, so I know how to write an offer that’s going to get accepted – no matter what kind of market we’re in.

I also love First Team’s SNEAKPREVIEW℠ program, which has been a particularly valuable asset to me and my clients during this housing shortage. SNEAKPREVIEW℠ allows me to access all off-market properties within the company and in this low inventory environment, it brings more opportunity to my clients - regardless if it’s for my sellers or my buyers.

What sets you apart from others in your market?

My market specialty is negotiating and preventing any red flags before they arise for my clients. I pride myself on smooth transactions and happy clients. And with the support of my wonderful manger Jeana, I’m able to devote myself to my buyers and sellers. She is a pillar in our office

I believe it’s my passion, energy and enthusiasm for my work that has helped me create such deep connections with my clients. I am always willing to give them 100% of my time and energy on each and every transaction; whatever it takes, I do it!

If you could sell anyone's house - alive or dead - who would it be and why?

Betty White, because she just is the coolest and most darling human ever. She still works at age 99 and we both share the same love for animals.

I love all of the relationships that I’ve built by doing my work, and Betty White would be such a great person to talk to and share life experience with. That is the true silver lining of my career. All the folks that have allowed me into their lives, and all the amazing things they’ve shared with me.
