FirstTeam Real Estate IRVINE, CA - It is with great pride that we celebrate the appointments of three different members of our First Team Real Estate leadership team to esteemed local Board of Directors positions for 2022 including Michele Harrington, Orange County REALTORS®, as well as Terry Karges and Elizabeth Meyers, Pacific West Association of REALTORS®.

With top management leading the way, our organization is more involved than ever in leading our agents and the entire real estate industry to new heights. As a lifetime career organization for REALTORS® at every stage of their career, we pride ourselves on our superb management team, dedicated to providing the best training and coaching the industry has to offer, most notably within Southern California. 

Michele Harrington“It’s an honor to have so many members of First Team leadership appointed to our local real estate governing organizations, singled out from a pool of many highly influential and accomplished leaders,” says Cameron Merage, founder and CEO of First Team. “As an organization, our combined industry knowledge and experience is vast, and I have no doubt that Michele, Terry and Elizabeth are all well poised to make positive and lasting contributions to our industry.”

An inspiring individual with a tireless work ethic, Michele Harrington is an advocate for all real estate professionals, taking an active role in several local organizations. In addition to her role on the Board of Directors for Orange County REALTORS®, Michele serves as a Federal Political Coordinator for NAR and director for the California Association of REALTORS®. She is a past-president for the Women’s Council of Realtors South Orange County chapter and an activist for small business issues and private property rights. Recently appointed to the Forbes Real Estate Council as well, Michele is an integral player in the local and national industry. 

Terry Karges Not only is Terry returning to his position within PWR, but he is also currently on the Board of Directors for the California Association of REALTORS®. As a founding member of First Team's charity foundation, he has been intimately involved with the company's various philanthropic efforts and continually helps his agents organize community outreach events like the recent Red Cross Blood Drive and the annual "Feed a Hero, Thank a Hero" 9/11 remembrance event. A long-standing member of the First Team family, Terry began his real estate career as an agent and quickly rose to the position of Director of Training. Delivering industry-leading training and coaching for all 2,000+ agents throughout the company, he created the "First Team University”, providing a full-service training solution ranging from pre-licensing courses and basic training to advanced sales coaching and mastery workshops. Now as a Regional Manager overseeing our Anaheim Hills, Tustin, Corona, Newport Beach and Lido offices, he is able to reach even more agents to help them grow their business and realize their own potential. Terry has dedicated his career to lifting others up, and it is with great pride and pleasure that we look forward to his contributions to the industry as a whole.

Elizabeth MeyersAppointed for a two-year term to PWR, Elizabeth Meyers is a breath of fresh air to the organization. Currently the Branch Manager of our First Team Tustin Office, she is known for her bubbly personality and dedication to her agents, always available to help them navigate tricky transactions and their personal business goals. Her personable approach to individual coaching and ability to foster teamwork has made her indispensable to the First Team Real Estate family. Holding herself to the highest professional standards, Elizabeth is a great addition to the Board of Directors for the Pacific West Association of REALTORS®.
