First Team Real EstateANAHEIM HILLS, CA - Top-producing FirstTeam Real Estate agent Erin Williamson is not only the leader of the #1 team in our Anaheim Hills Office, she ranks in the top 1% of the MLS*. A luxury real estate expert with a big heart, Erin gives back to her community not only through her service to local home buyers and sellers but through her extensive charity work and educational outreach for other Realtors as well. Known for her warm personality and natural ability to bring others together, Erin's effervescence shines through in everything she does.

What drives you to go above and beyond - not just as a real estate professional - but as a member of your local community?

My passion isn't necessarily real estate - it's inspiring people and helping them achieve their goals. Selling real estate is simply a by-product of working to do the right thing, having fun while doing it and living my best life. And I’m blessed to be surrounded by incredible people such as my husband Danny, Christina Brogan and Kim Shoup who all make our thriving business possible - there is no “I” in team!

Team Leader Erin Williamson

It's not about the business for me, it's about building lasting relationships. I enjoy hosting events, including regular women's retreats and just making people laugh. By putting my passion into action, I'm able to give back to others in a meaningful way. I feel very lucky to be able to do what I love each and every day.

I have hosted multiple charity events over the years, helping raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for various organizations including CHOC Hospital and Peyton's Project, a nonprofit organization helping those affected by muscular dystrophy. And now I am proud to be a founding board member of the Monarch Global Foundation, dedicated to helping find the cure to cystic fibrosis and improve the lives of those living with the disease.

What recent passion project are you most proud of?

In October 2017, my house burned down in a raging wildfire, along with many other homes in my neighborhood. The life-changing experience inspired me to write a book, It's Just Stuff, about the journey we all go through in life as we respond to the unforeseen tragedies that everyone inevitably faces, and which define us.

I actually wrote the book for Realtors, or anyone in sales, to help them understand that every obstacle in life is only an opportunity in disguise. We all go through tough times but your true character is determined not when your milk is spilled, but how you react to it. The book is my way of encouraging others to live their best lives, take risks, believe in themselves, and ultimately live out their dreams.

As it turns out, I love writing as well, so I'm currently working on a second book called Behind the Sign, a satire comedy about my adventures in real estate and the stuff nobody believes really happens!

As a top luxury real estate expert, how do you share your extensive industry knowledge?

As a trainer and motivational speaker to thousands of agents, I help show others how to think outside the box and utilize non-traditional business methods to gain lifelong clients while having fun. I am honored to be recognized globally as a part of Christie's International Master's Circle, and I enjoy sharing my expertise as a real estate trainer. I even had the opportunity to travel to Christie's headquarters in NYC and bring a tour through the auction house, which is when I became personal friends with Zachary Wright, Executive Director and Western Regional Manager of Christie's International Real Estate.

I've spoken at various luxury real estate events, including several hosted by our affiliates at Luxury Portfolio International, and I've been a part of our internal FirstTeam Luxury Council as Chair as well. One of the most fun things I've been a part of was filming 13 episodes of Million Dollar House Hunters and four episodes of Find Me a Luxury Home that air on AWE most weekends! I get to live my dream every day, and I've found that inspiring others to do the same is extremely fulfilling.
