Chase International Real EstateRENO, NV - As Chase International continues to expand its presense through Northern Nevada, five more Realtors joined the luxury real estate’s offices. Patti Palmer and Offir Murio joined the Sparks, NV office and Rachel Ford settled into the Reno, NV office. On the south end of Lake Tahoe, Jazmin Edny joined the Zephyr Cove, NV team while Pat McKimmie became affiliated with the Carson Valley office in Gardnerville, NV.  

Patti PalmerWith a personal passion for living life to its fullest, Patti Palmer is honored to help her clients do the same as their Realtor through Chase International’s Sparks, NV office.   

“I love seeing the joy on my clients’ faces when I create a positive experience for them and know that I helped to make this life-changing moment come to life,” said Palmer.  

For over a decade, Palmer work in the sales division of a popular adventure theme park in Southern California. Throughout that time, she knew she was creating a fun and memorable experience for all the clientele who visited the park with her assistance.  

Today, Palmer continues to offer her personal touch and insightful sales and marketing skills to ensure her clients enjoy the process of buying a new home or realize the rewards of selling their investment and moving on to another adventure in life.   

She seeks adventure in her personal life as well, remodeling her home with her husband and coaching youth sports teams in her hometown of Fernley, NV.  

Offir MurilloKindhearted with a kindred spirit, Offir Murillo holds her clients’ dreams close to her heart and always in the forefront of her mind.  

From the moment she moved to American from Columbia in 1988, Offir has focused on the needs of others long before hers were met. Ever since she embarked on her quest to live the American dream, she has put forth every ounce of her passion to pursue a good life to help others do the same. Her resume is steeped in service.   

Throughout her time as a Career Training Coordinator for JOIN, Murillo set new benchmarks as a leader and mindful mentor. As a sales associate for a national car dealership, and local housing authority, she collected awards for her compassionate level of service and was consistently promoted.

Racquel FordFor many years, Raquel Ford built relationships with the students and staff at Damonte Ranch Highschool as a Librarian’s Assistant. During that time, she acquired a deep appreciation for the ability to research and resolve the needs and requests that came from a very active and engaged Student Body.   

As a Realtor, Ford reflects back to her experience and shares the same warm and approachable service to her clients throughout Northern Nevada.  

“My clients are my top priority and can rest assured that we are in this together,” said Ford. “I will give my all to make the process as stress free as possible to help them sell their house or find their dream home to enjoy for years to come.”

Jazmin EdneyThroughout Jazmin Edney’s career in property management and real estate, she has always focused on the more positive opportunities that come with serving her clients in the most professional manner.
