NAPLES, FL - Gulf Coast International Properties® (GCIP) is pleased to announce Manuel (Manny) Pena, REALTOR®, has joined the firm.
A Naples native, Manny is the son of a prominent local plastic surgeon. He graduated from Barron Collier High School in 2006 and attended the University of Alabama on full scholarship. After graduating with a 4.0 GPA and a B.A. in Economics & Mandarin Chinese, Manny moved to China to complete a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.
After a stint in China working as an analyst in the nuclear power industry, Manny moved to New York City where he raised investment capital for new development projects. Upon obtaining a second master’s degree in real estate development at NYU, Manny joined a world-renowned Real Estate Development Marketing firm as a Global Markets Specialist. In addition to actively selling Manhattan high-end residential new development properties to global clientele, he was also responsible for international business development, identifying and cultivating new overseas sales partners.
Manny now resides in Naples where he thrives on sharing knowledge of his cherished hometown and using his expertise in real estate finance and investing with clients old and new.
