The event, hosted by The Treasure Coast Builders Association, featured models located throughout Martin, Indian River and St. Lucie Counties.
Winning Platinum in Category 10 – Under $1.75 million in Indian River County, was Lutgert’s Sandbar model, while winning Platinum in Category 11 – Over $1.75 million in Indian River County, was the company’s Sea Shell model. The Platinum award is the highest award in all categories. The models were judged by a group of nine professionals from outside the Treasure Coast area. They compared exteriors, interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and other unique features. The entries were scored and those scores were tabulated and compared with one another. The categories were established based on sales price and the upgrades as seen in each model. The Platinum award winners are now eligible for the Grand Award which will be announced at the TCBA’s Annual Dinner.
