$35,825,000 as compared to $10,705,000 (four sales) at this time in 2020. The five in escrow include one single-story flat, three single-family homes and one vacant lot. Of the 27 listings sold, Hualālai Realty had 15 of the listings and their closest competitor had five. Of the 27 sales, Hualālai Realty was proud to represent 16 of the buyers and their closest competitor had six.
