Western Avenue in Lake Forest and 607 Elm Place in Highland Park.

Following a successful career in management consulting, he propelled himself to real estate success in just a few short years. Mutter also understands the needs of relocating families, with first-hand experience moving 15 times in 25 years across Europe and the United States. Taking care of the details with his in-house lending, title and home insurance team makes it easier for his busy clients.
His British heritage has been a point of differentiation as he established himself in a new field, new town and new country. Mutter ordered life-sized cutouts of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for his open houses and hosts British-themed events. Mutter has leaned into video and social media influence, going beyond homes tours and to spotlight his community. During the early days of the pandemic, he created a series of videos with Lake Forest business owners.
Mutter serves as a Director of the North Shore Barrington Board of Realtors (NSBAR) and has been consistently recognized for sales achievements since his first year in the business. He was named a 2018 Rising Star by Berkshire Hathaway HomesServices and 2018 Rookie of the Year by the North Shore Barrington Board of Realtors (NSBAR).
Mutter is a father of three. He volunteers at Lake Forest High School in the work experience program and is a self-described “track mum extraordinaire.” He is conversational in French and German and loves F1 and rugby, as well as running and cycling.
