Prudential California Realty Reorganizes Under Four Northern California Regions

Prudential California Realty is realigning around four Northern California regions, providing a framework to support regional business objectives and enhanced accountability for branch performance and profitability, the company reports.

Horizontal growth, vertical integration and quicker deployment of technology are keys to the company's future expansion. The change in structure will allow the company to expand offices into new markets through merger or acquisition and consolidate the brand where appropriate.

"The regional manager plan establishes ongoing initiative systems for promoting leadership development around the core principals and strategic initiatives of the company," said Darren Hall, Prudential California Realty's vice president, finance and operations. "All four of our new regional managers have extensive experience as branch managers within their assigned regions. Their focus will be on increasing our market share penetration and growing the company along the periphery of where we're already doing business. We have retained a consultant to coach and assist them during their transition."

The four regions are: the Sacramento Region, Contra Costa Region, Alameda Region and South Bay Region and will be managed by Pam Petterle, Frank Cannella, Melody Royal and Jim Hedges respectively. Each region encompasses approximately 10 offices.
