As Managing Broker, Thomas will oversee the operations of the office including supervising support staff, supporting broker associates and fostering an environment where they can flourish to best serve clients’ needs through the highest-quality marketing and technology tools, as well as providing industry resources to successfully manage complex transactions.

Thomas and his wife Rosanne have been a top-producing team since the two joined Kentwood City Properties in December 2017. This includes recognition by the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® for Silver Level Production in 2019. Prior to real estate, Thomas had a successful ten-year career in the title and escrow industry. This culminated into a position as Senior Vice President of National Operations for a nationally licensed firm. In 2009, Thomas joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to serve as Administrative Manager for one of the Front Range’s premier offices. His work was rewarded with receipt of the prestigious 2011 Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®’ “Support Person of the Year.” Thomas transitioned into a sales role with Coldwell Banker in 2012. During this time, he also completed an MBA at Regis University and co-founded the Regis Networking Group, an organization designed to provide direction to the school’s adult learners.
Thomas has won numerous other awards throughout his career including the North Metro Rising Star Award, International Diamond Society Award and a Global Luxury Certification. He has been a member of the Corporate Relocation Team at Kentwood Real Estate. Additionally, Thomas holds the following designations: Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Residential Construction Certified (RCC) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
